3、甲方在余款未付清之前擅自使用或者修改使用乙方设计的作品而导致的侵权，乙方有权依据《中华人民共和国著作权法》追究其法律责任。
六、违约责任
本合同签订后，甲乙双方均应全面的履行本合同;
因vi策划是乙方智力成果整体的体现，其工作特点并没有明显的阶段性，乙方在开始着手策划时就已经在全面的履行合同，鉴于此，甲方承诺如提前终止合同，仍承担向乙方支付全部合同款的义务(甲乙双方一致同意终止的除外)。
乙方如违约提前终止合同，所收取的费用应全部退还甲方。
合同附件为本合同一部分，本合同壹式肆份，自双方签字盖章之日起生效，甲方执贰份，乙方执贰份，具有同等的法律效力。
