系统布置方案
1. 基本目标：9#总装厂房、14#喷漆车间、12#物流中心、8#大部件库的大空间、高跨度区域要求低层作业区域室内温度10℃，辅助的服务楼和办公区域室内温度为5℃。
2. 总体热负荷需求：9#热负荷1071Kw，流量36.84m3/h；14#热负荷487Kw，流量16.75 m3/h；8#热负荷222Kw，流量7.64 m3/h；12#热负荷584Kw，流量20.09 m3/h。总热负荷为2364 Kw，总流量为81.32 m3/h。
3. 热源：采用市政热水管网通过换热站换热获得。市政一次热水的供回水温度为95/℃，厂区二次侧热水的供回水温度为95/70℃。
4. 换热站布置：拟定在5#餐厅北侧设置临时供热换热站，建筑面积约为50平方米。内设置水-水版式换热器2台，循环水泵2台，定压设备1台，水箱1座。换热站内所有管道加装离心铝箔玻璃棉保温，厚度为50毫米。动力引自临时变压器侧低压配电柜，设置动力配电柜1面，照明闸箱1个。
5. 外网布置：从临时换热站引出总干管1路，分出4路栋号主干管分别接至9#总装厂房、14#喷漆车间、12#物流中心、8#大部件库。室外管网架空设置，架设高度为5米，以保证施工车辆正常通行。
6. 子项栋号内系统布置
1) 总装厂房：主干管引入后通过集分水器分设5个主干回路进行采暖，其中车间按照施工段的划分设置3个回路，北侧服务楼设置1个回路，南侧办公区域设置1个回路。车间内的散热器采用自制的排管散热器，北侧服务楼和南侧办公区域的散热器采用四柱813型。主干回路采用同程式。
2) 物流中心：主干管引入后通过集分水器设4个主干回路进行采暖，其中库区设置2个回路，北侧办公区设置1个回路，南侧办公区设置1个回路；库区内的散热器采用自制的排管散热器，北侧办公区和南侧办公区域的散热器采用四柱813型。主干回路采用同程式。
3) 大部件库：主干管引入后直接在库内形成一个同程式回路，采用自制的排管散热器进行供暖。
4) 喷漆车间：主干管引入后加装阀门作为日后预留。预设的采暖系统布置为：通过集分水器分为4个回路，北侧办公区设置1个回路，喷漆区域设置2个回路，喷漆区域的办公区设置1个回路。
7. 材质选用：一次网热水管道采用无缝钢管，焊接；二次网热水管道采用焊接钢管，焊接；室外管道需保温，采用50毫米厚度的离心铝箔玻璃棉保温。排管散热器采用Φ48的钢管制作，每根6m。
8. 大空间的采暖气流组织和热平衡：物流中心、大部件库、总装厂房采用排管散热器的区域，增设部分暖风机向车间中央部位送风，以利于提高中央区域的温度。
9. 总装厂房3段施工流水的临时采暖措施：设置高压碘钨灯。
10. 热膨胀处理和支架安装：采用自然补偿的方式，每50-80米设置一个方形补偿器以弥补管道的伸缩补偿。管道沿外维护结构敷设在钢结构柱上，支架采用抱箍的形式且均为滑动支架，每一补偿段两侧设置固定支架，固定支架采用混凝土支墩+钢柱的形式，在地面浇筑完成后……

本采暖工程拟定在5#餐厅北侧设置厂区临时供热换热站,换热站热源来自于空港物流加工区供热管网,一次网热媒温度为130-90,经板换提供95-70温度热水.站中设循环水泵两台,板式换热器两台,定压罐一台，补水箱一台.厂房内采用排管型散热器,排管材质为焊接钢管，6米一根，每4根连接成一组散热器。供热供回水主干管道采用架空敷设,出入口标高定为5m.本临时采暖工程还包括部分辅助采暖,其中9#总装厂房在混凝土车进出厂房大门处设置热风幕,厂房中除散热器提供采暖外,在厂房内设置暖风机为厂房提供热量.保证土建冬季施工顺利进行

为了保证各子项栋号能够顺利进行冬季施工,在9#总装车间厂房内设置暖风机,混凝土搅拌车进出厂房处设置热空气幕阻止室外冷空气侵入，保证室内温度热量不流失。大门空气幕及暖风机分布按照下图所示布置：
