15 April 1999; Korean Air MD-11; Flight 6316; near Shanghai, China: Shortly after takeoff on a flight from Shanghai to Seoul, South Korea, with the aircraft about 4,500 feet above the ground, the crew mistakenly put the aircraft into an an abrupt descent and were unable to recover the aircraft before it struck a residential area about about 10 kilometers (six miles) from the airport. All three crew members were killed, as were five people on the ground.

毫无疑问，肯定是春秋航空。有一次我朋友春节前做过一次春秋航空的飞机，银川飞上海，他的飞行体验很差，从此再也没有做过，先是登机前收运费，三个人一共有两个标准行李箱。就平常的日用品和每人的一套衣服。
根本没有手提行李，他竟然收费680元，我朋友说没有手提行李，她又变成610元，我朋友老公很生气，说不托了，又改成480元，还一直催促，让快点。空姐还一直在推销飞机模型、化妆品等，没有一刻安静的，像个乱糟糟的农贸市场。
其次就是南航，服务态度极为恶劣。之前听说南航的负面消息其实已经对南航根本没有好感，这次又切身体会了一把，建议大家以后少乘南航的飞机，少受点气吧。我到了到了登机口后发现通道门已经关上了，而且现场也找不到任何的工作人员。我又去找她，她竟然说：“同事们都忙着呢，你的IPAD一定是是让其他乘客给拿走了！别再没事找事了了。你不服去找警察说吧！飞机不是你想上就上的。” 居然让我报警！我气的根本无话可说。然后又等了二十min，又来了个穿制服的工作人员，说了原因，说带我上去看一下，我想终于来了个明事理的，结果不出我所料，和他上了飞机，就从打扫卫生的人员找到了。
事情到此，总该有个道歉吧，她竟然说她做的没错，而且口气牛的要命，说你爱去哪投诉哪投诉去，她不怕。我后来打了三次南航的投诉电话，果然不出所料，压根人家就不搭理你，受理时说三天内给回复，这都一个礼拜过去了。屁都出不来一个。真是航空老大啊，佩服！
