    外贸业务员如何筛选询盘

    作为外贸公司,或工贸结合的企业,通常去情况下都会做一些推广,其中包括网络推广。因此,常有外贸询盘发送至企业邮箱。那么,面对这么多纷繁复杂的询盘,我们该如何进行筛选呢?

    基本上买家的询盘可分为如下几种:

    第一,目标明确专业型.这类询盘有如下特点:1买家信息全面.包括来自的国家地区,公司名称,地址,电话,传真联系人.2需要的产品目标明确,有具体的品名,有数量,有交货条件,交货期等.3询问的问题专业,问题详细,但是内容简明扼要.

    这类询盘是要值得你高度注意的,这类买家是比较专业的,而且他们有采购此类产品的计划,所以针对这样的询盘要在第一时间专业、准确、全面细致的回复。

    第二类,目标明确非专业型,这类询盘的特点只比目标明确型少了一些专业的问题,说明买家无此类产品的采购经验,对产品不了解,但是可以通过邮件感觉对方对产品的需求的程度,这类客户是潜在客户,要耐心专业的回答,及时跟踪以建立和客户的融洽关系,为拿到订单打下基础。

    第三类,目标不明确型。这类询盘多数是通过贸易平台转来的询盘,有固定的模板格式,一来可能就要你发PRICE LIST 或者CATALOG。这类询盘要过滤掉,但是不等不回,只是不要在第一时间给对方报价。建议你用发问式的回复来处理这类询盘。比如可以这样回复买家:我们的产品有几十甚至是上百种,您具体需要那类产品,用于那些地方的?您的目标市场在哪里,具体的采购计划如何?这样我们可以给您推荐。如果客户回复了,那么继续跟进,如果客户不回复,那么对我们来说是件好的事情,这类询盘可以过滤了。

    第四类,信息收集型。这类询盘的的问题专业度远远超过我们业务的范围,对具体的参数问的很细致,他们可能需要你提供样品,他们会调查此类产品的市场,这样的询盘,如果是经验丰富的业务一看就比较敏感,在回复的时候会小心翼翼的试探,很容易从对方的邮件里发现破绽。这些一定是同行或者竞争对手。

    第五类。索要样品型,这类客户对你的价格交易条款完全不关心,一上来就问能不能给免费的样品,还有尼日利亚那一带的问你要邀请函。对这样的索要免费样品的要根据公司规定有相应的对策。比如样品免费或者不免费,运费由对方付。

    总之在筛选询盘的时候还要注意几点:

    1看下对方发来询盘的时间,国外客户和我们这里是有时间差的,他的工作时间和我们的不同。

    2可以用GOOGLE等搜索引擎搜一下对方的公司,看是否存在。

    3对那些YAHOO,HOTMAIL,GMAIL这类信箱最好用IP查询的方式追踪一下对方的IP是否是在中国还是国外的。

    4对那些不能完全判定的查询最好电话沟通,直接打电话去了解一下然后再判断是否回复。
